IMPORTANT NEWS For OUR NIKON CUSTOMERS
We just received a letter from Nikon,
and wanted to pass along its information to you. According
to the letter Nikon wishes to no longer supply parts to independent
repair shops like The Camera Doctor, there by making us no longer
able to repair your Nikon products. We felt that it was in our
customers best interest to let you know what Nikon is doing,
and at the same time would like to ask you, as a consumer, to
let Nikon know that you would like to see us continue to be able
to receive parts from them to repair your Nikon products. Even
if you are not a Nikon equipment owner we feel that if Nikon
is allowed to put a restriction on who can obtain their parts,
that other companies such as Canon, Sony, Pentax, ect. may decide
to do the same. We urge you to make Nikon aware that you dont
want such restrictions on where you do your Nikon service. We
feel that if enough consumers express concerns over Nikons
decision, they may possibly change their stance on their decision.
Please make your voices heard. We continue to thank all of our
customers for your continued patronage, and strive to provide
you with our best service and products.

- Minimal estimate fee of $15.00 per item. (Which
if you decide to approve
the estimate, and have your item repaired, will be applied to
the cost of the repair.)
- Estimates within 48 hours upon receipt of your equipment.
- Repaired 35mm equipment is backed by a six month
warranty. (Digital Cameras and all camcorders are warranted for
90 days.)

To receive an estimate on your equipment, drop it off in person
OR mail it to us via UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.
Our hours are Mon.-Fri. 8:00am to 6:00pm.& Sat.
8:00am to Noon. Please check our Contact Us page for Holiday/or
other closings.
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the increase in inadequately packaged cameras;
we feel we need to express our concerns about how cameras/equipment
is being shipped to us for repair.
DO NOT SHIP YOUR ITEMS LIKE THIS!!
Inadequate padding, will cause additional damage
to your equipment. We can not be responsible for additional damage,
nor should you have to have something extra repaired due to impact
or compression damage during shipping.
PLEASE USE CARDBOARD BOXES with ADEQUATE PACKING MATERIAL!
